Every bride is told, “it’s good luck to have rain on your wedding day,” and that rang true for Dana on her wedding day with her sweet groom, Dan. The Laurel Highlands was the perfect backdrop for this beautiful day and we had a little mist coming down for a super fine light rain from time to time. Dan and Dana were married at The Barn at Country Dreams B&B in Rockwood, PA.
These two met on eHarmony and Dan proposed at sunrise in Ocean City, New Jersey. They love traveling and adventuring together and some of their details reflected that.
Dana and her matron of honor stayed the night before in the Country Dreams B&B right next door to the barn where the wedding ceremony and reception were going to be held. Dan stayed no more than 15 minutes down the road at Rockwood Trailhouse B&B.
We ducked the rain drops to get some beautiful portraits of these two, and Dan’s motorcycle even made a cameo! There were nine flowergirls and ringbearers in this wedding and they all hung in there and did a great job. The couple chose to do a first look and had portraits done at a nearby farm and scenic overlook.
The ceremony was intimate and romantic and these two and their families and friends had such a great time celebrating their marriage on the dance floor all night long!
