As you may be aware, ten days ago, our family, Kristen Wynn Photography, and primary photographer Kristen Wynn in particular, experienced an extreme personal emergency and tragedy. The office is still closed at this time (and for the foreseeable future) and my sister Kristen thanks you for your support and thoughts during these very difficult weeks. For now, guest bloggers will be posting here and answering emails on behalf of KWP when absolutely necessary. In coming days, a more specific post will be made regarding the nature of the tragedy and explaining the future plans for the business, and I know that it was Kristen’s hope that the blog could remain closed until she could write that entry herself.
However, due to the time sensitive and rather temporary nature of wedding blog posts such as on Style Me Pretty Florida, Kristen asked me to post this feature to make sure her clients get the recognition they deserve. Prior to her family emergency, Kristen’s work on Deidra and Andres’ Grand Fete in Miami was submitted for publication and then was selected and published after the office was closed. She did not want the clients to have their excitement in being selected ignored as it is an honor for Deidra, Andres, and their families to be featured in this format.
From Kristen–“Deidra and Andres’ wedding is absolutely beautiful. I struggled within myself about the appropriateness of posting a national blog feature at this time, but did not want my clients to be shortchanged with the timing of their feature as Deidra and Andres are an amazing couple. In this extremely tough time in my personal life, the memories of working this wedding just weeks ago lift my spirits.”
Congratulations to Deidra and Andres on being featured on Style Me Pretty Florida–you can see more of the feature there.
Please keep my sister in your thoughts.
Sincerely,
Allison Wynn on behalf of Kristen Wynn Photography

Kristen did such an absolutely beautiful job on our wedding, and for her to even worry about not informing us of the Style Me Pretty posting during such a horrific time for herself shows what a competent professional and thoughtful individual she really is. I do not know what Kristen plans to do in the future, but I sincerely hope that she continues her business. She has a true gift for photography, and she has such a warm, polished approach to capturing events that makes her work truly special and unique. Our thoughts go out to her and her family during this difficult time and we will keep her in our hearts.
this is such an honor to deidra and andres, but to you too, kristen! you did an amazing job for them and the photographs are beautiful.
